Do you offer free delivery?
Yes, we offer free UK mainland delivery on qualifying orders. Delivery times vary depending on the product, but most orders are delivered within 3–7 working days. Full delivery details are shown at checkout.
Can I order samples before buying?
Absolutely. We recommend ordering samples so you can see the colour, texture and finish in your own space before committing. Samples can be ordered directly from the product pages.
Do you provide a fitting service?
We supply flooring nationwide but do not directly offer fitting. However, all our products are suitable for professional installation and we’re happy to advise on fitting requirements so your installer has everything they need.
Are your wood floors suitable for underfloor heating?
Many of our engineered wood floors are compatible with underfloor heating systems. Product pages clearly state suitability, and we’re always happy to advise before you order to ensure the right choice for your home.
What happens if I order too much or too little flooring?
We recommend ordering an additional 5–10% to allow for cuts and waste. If you have unopened packs left over, you may be able to return them in line with our returns policy. If you’re unsure, our team can help calculate the correct quantity.
Do you offer a price match guarantee?
Yes. If you find the same product at a lower price from a UK retailer, we’ll do our best to match it. Simply contact us with the details before placing your order.
What is your returns policy?
You can return unused, unopened products within the specified return period. As some items are cut or made to order, exclusions may apply. Full details are available in our Returns & Refunds policy.
